The 2015 Royalty Soapie Awards are upon us and Isibaya shone bright once again, scoring 17 nominations at last night’s Nominations announcement at The Venue in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.
This year the Royalty Soapie Awards will allow viewers to cast the final vote and determine who the winners for the 7 Outstanding categories are.
Isibaya is represented in all the seven categories and it is up to you to ensure that our actors bring the awards home. These are the categories and the voting numbers:
- A – Outstanding Lead Actor:
- 2. Mpiyakhe Zungu (Siyabonga Thwala)
- B – Outstanding Actress:
- 4. Mkabayi Zungu (Thembi Nyandeni)
- C – Outstanding Male Villain:

- E – Outstanding Supporting Actor:
- 2. Mandla Ndlovu (Bongani Gumede)
- 5. S’khaleni (Zakhele Mabasa)
- F – Outstanding Supporting Actress:
- 2. Iris (Mampho Brescia)
- 5. Thandeka (Nomzamo Mbatha)
- G – Outstanding Newcomer:
- 1. Zweli (Andile Gumbi)
