Last night on Our Perfect Wedding, Bathabile and Dhiren’s wedding gave viewers and experience they won’t soon forget. Zulu bride Bathabile wed the love of her life, Indian Dhiren, shattering stereotypes and cultural taboos, in order to let true love win. Their wedding was colourful and rich in culture, as Bathabile was welcomed into the Amirchand home, and into the Hindu faith.

Bathabile embraced Hindu customs and culture, and even wore a traditional Hindu bridal garara. She really looked the part.
