We’ve spotted some of your favourite choirmasters goofing off, showing each other laughs, and also letting their claws out, on Instagram
The competition is heating up and with only four choirs left, the remaining choirmasters are letting their competitive spirits show. Banter between them is almost standard on Twitter each Sunday. iFani took to Instagram to make a cheeky post about fellow choirmaster JR, who is equally cheeky and just as competitive.
The caption reads, “When #TeamiFani gets on stage. #COTCSA #MzansiCOTCSA oh this look kills me!! But on the real, TeamJR delivered a SOLID performance tonight. The raw talent we have in this country is amazing! I feel honoured to have been given such a dope experience by Mzansi Magic & Endemol Productions. And to top it all, im receiving amazing love from the viewers of the show. I feel blessed nyhani. And thank you for watching, if you are. If not, then just laugh at JR’s look on this pic & know that JR is a musical genius! A real gem.”
If you can’t beat them, make them wear your glasses! iFani’s signature frames were seen on Gauteng choirmaster’s Kelly Khumalo’s face. Perhaps an encouragement from iFani to Kelly see his vision of the winning choir coming from the Western Cape!
Despite Kelly Khumalo’s first taste of the bottom two this past Sunday, she remained upbeat and positive about her choir, and offered words of encouragement to the fans of #TeamGauteng.
